This is Fritz. He is from my Vampire Detective fanverse, in which the readers have already seen him all of once. His first appearance was in the DC meme, as lineart. I coloured him, and here he is.
His character was based mainly on people like Jonouchi Katsuya, Sagara Sanosuke and Hattori Heiji, but was basically at first ripped off of a Doctor Who eighth Doctor book character of the same name.
